Membership to GenS is available to individuals aged 60 and above, residing in India or abroad provided they submit age proof (Government certified documents are required).

Do I become a GenS member by registering on the app?

No, by registering on the GenS app you are a guest / registered user. A genS member is a 60+ individual who has registered and subscribed to a GenS annual package.

Can I become a member if I am not 60+?

The GenS platform is designed for 60+ indivuduals. Individuals who are 55+ are permitted to join. As somone who is not yet 55, you are welcome to browse the app and cosume the free content.

Can i gift a membership?

Yes, gifting is encouraged. You can gift a membership to a loved one. Silver (Basic) Membership has an annual charge of INR 990/- per year and Gold (Premium) membership has an annual charge of INR 4,900/- .

Can I cancel my membership?

Upon cancellation of the Gen S Life Platform membership, the customer shall not be eligible for any refund of the Membership fee, including any GST or taxes paid. Memberships that have been gifted are also non-refundable. Please refer to the Refund and Cancellation Policy for further details.

Can I get a refund on cancellation?
